We worked closely with Principal’s internal brand team to design and develop their first employer brand identity, as well as their employer value proposition and positioning.

 

Ahead of the launch, we were tasked to create a full paid social and programmatic tech recruitment campaign. Working with our strategy and planning partners, we concepted and designed a campaign that reflects the purpose driven values of the company.

The idea:

In a world where tech can potentially be harmful or hurtful, you have the opportunity to create the code that can make a positive impact on people’s lives.

The visuals are a representation of that positive impact by showing the source code transforming into images of real-life outcomes— whether it be your dream retirement home or your family's financial security, the code turns into those dreams and aspirations.
